Borderline Personality Disorder is a severe mental illness characterized by an overwhelming fear of abandonment, an uncontrollable loathing of one's self, and a huge struggle with self-identification. BPD affects 2% of adults, with a high rate of para-suicidal behavior. Also, 10% of Borderlines complete suicide. This disease often goes hand in hand with depression and other personality disorders, all of which are all too common in our society. This Tumblr is a place where anyone struggling with BPD, or any other mental inhibition, can turn for support and solidarity. Loneliness is a very common worse fear, so let's defeat it by coming together!
