62% of Borderline females and 21% of Borderline males suffer from an eating disorder. Remember, it’s not that you have an eating disorder, it’s that the eating disorder has you. You do not need to feel shame for suffering, and you do not need to feel guilty for reaching out for help. It’s easier said than done, I know.
